Summer Experience at Woodward Park

Summer Experience offers Pre-K and elementary students an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and make new friends as they spend four weeks participating in grade-specific enrichment activities at various locations across the city.
The program's focus will be on developing students' academic skills, leadership, and social-emotional learning through hands-on, project-based activities, team-building exercises, and design challenges based on a specific theme.

The Summer Experience Health and Fitness Path is designed to help students develop problem-solving skills and practical communication abilities aligned with the Portrait of a Graduate attributes. The program will prioritize the importance of teamwork, strong character, and collaboration. Students will be encouraged to harness the power of kinetic energy, critical thinking, and communication to achieve their goals. They will learn ways to maintain a healthy mind and body through lessons centered on nutrition, sportsmanship, and responsibility. Together, we will build strong hearts and minds!
