Traumatic Brain Injury

  • A TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) is an acquired injury to the brain caused by external physical force or other medical conditions such as stroke, anoxia, infectious disease, aneurysm, and brain tumors. A concussion is also a brain injury. Our Columbus City Schools TBI Project & School Based Management Program has compiled some helpful PDFs about these injuries.

For current information regarding TBI and concussion procedures go to the Google slides at TBI and Concussion Presentation
